This day is a big old pile of suck. I can't get into my car. It's encased in ice, and the lock won't turn. And to make things worse, the nozzle on my White Grease (the stuff that opens my lock) is MIA. I can't figure out where the hell the thing is, and without that, I can't get into my damn car.

Well, my day off has been pretty productive writing-wise--it's not like I can go anywhere, after all. I finally figured out what to do with the "Historical|: Victorian" prompt. It was one of the ones I was dreading, but I actually like the story. It's Angel: The Series, and I'll post it at some point this weekend ( Read more... )

I'm working on a story for hc_bingo, which means I'm:

• Listening to Christian Kane
• Thinking about getting some dinner and having a shower
• Scrolling through my Twitter feed
• Looking at shiny picspams
• Updating LJ

It is SO hot outside today. And traffic... yikes. But I'm home for a while. Hopefully by the time I go out tonight, the traffic will have quieted to less hectic levels. In the meantime, I plan to fill myself with lots of beverages, listen to some music, enjoy the AC, and maybe do some writing.
